Anyone hired for a full-time permanent position prior to May 2, 2022 is eligible to enroll in the health plan, dental plan or life insurance offered by Quest during the annual open enrollment for coverage effective June 1, 2022.
Enrollment will remain open until June 13, 2022. All plan documents and information is available on the Paycom app.
Anyone hired on or after May 2, 2022 will be eligible to enroll in the health plan, dental plan or life insurance on the first day of the month following his/her 30 day anniversary (If you were hired in May you will be eligible July 1).
