In an effort to help keep our employees safe, Quest Service Group will pay $100 to every employee who is fully vaccinated.
To qualify you must upload proof of vaccination (either 2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna or 1 dose of J&J) and you must have worked at least 60 days. If you haven’t yet worked 60 days for Quest Service Group, please upload your proof of vaccination and the incentive will be included in the payroll following your 60th day of work.
The Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J vaccines have been granted full FDA approval. Millions of people have received the vaccines – which have all been proven to be safe and effective against serious illness. The vaccines are available at many locations across the country (CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, and many grocery stores offer the vaccine) and are free of charge to everyone.
