Quest Service Group had a strong 2023, with our clients, including Walmart, Ace Hardware, The Home Depot, CVS, and Floor & Decor, continuing their partnerships with our company. 2024 will be another great year for Quest! We have continued commitments from all of our current clients and will pick up where we left off in January with our teams across the country in stores providing installation and merchandising services at the highest levels of quality. We also have great opportunities to grow with new clients next year and are working with those retailers to develop those projects. Please check out Quest highlights below!
Home Depot New Store Projects in 2024!
Quest is excited to announce that we will be continuing with New Store projects for Home Depot in 2024! We did a few training stores during early 2023 and in the 3rd quarter successfully executed our first complete new store project in Salt Lake City, UT. We had as many as 50 associates on site at any given time during the 8-week project and the team did an incredible job. We are scheduled for more stores next year in TX, AZ and FL. Our scope is primarily merchandising and in-bay display work and we are responsible for all of the various Home Depot departments. The new store builds take place during the day and are typically done over an 8-week period. If anyone is interested in getting involved in this new program, please reach out to your manager.
Home Depot Racking Program Continues in 2024
We will also be continuing our involvement in the Home Depot Racking Program in 2024. Next year’s program is still being finalized with territories being awarded to establish a more consistent region that will allow us to build local teams and create set schedules. We will also be continuing to do Racking Inspections in select territories as well.
Walmart
The Walmart division enjoyed a very successful 2023 executing 17 Walmart remodels in AL, GA, IN, KY, MO, NC, PA, SC, TN, and VA . Each remodel requires between 10,000 and 19,200 hours over 12 to 16 weeks. Our primary responsibilities include skating all the aisles (counters), building new fixtures, and remerchandising the entire supercenter. For 2024, we are expecting another great year!
Quest 2
Our Quest 2 division had a strong year with its stable of clients. For Floor & Decor, we continued to grow as a valued partner. The CR (Consolidated Reset) projects ran for the entire year with our regional teams executing at a high level. We also continued our work on various projects, such as Reflows, Deco Resets, Wood Inspiration Center (WIC), and Laticrete Trim Bay Resets. In many cases, we were able to help Floor & Decor cover stores when other service companies were unable, further strengthening our relationships there and enhancing our reputation for quality and flexibility. For Lixil, the parent company of kitchen and bath brand American Standard and a client since 2018, we installed showroom displays in hundreds of independent dealers around the country. Earlier this year, we completed a full-store remodel for Best Buy, which had started in 2022, and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with them in 2024. And late this year, we completed a 41 store fixture project at Pet Food Express, a California-based pet supplies retailer which Quest has been working with for almost 10 years.
