Client Updates
Quest has started 2021 on all cylinders. Our core retailer clients – Walmart, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and CVS – are all underway and moving forward at a strong pace. We are performing a variety of different types of projects for these clients as they prepare their stores for the future, including full-store remodels, new store sets, conversions, capital projects, and resets. We have also been successful in continuing our growth this year with our ongoing work for Floor & Decor and new clients Carhartt and Tractor Supply Company.
For Floor & Decor, we are providing dedicated teams in different regions of the country to perform fixture and merchandise resets in more than half of their stores. Each reset cycle is two months long and the plan is for Quest to complete five reset cycles this year. In addition, we are executing a variety of special visual merchandising projects, including a molding reset that starts in March.
We have also begun a major shop-in-shop initiative for work gear brand Carhartt and will perform about 100 of these assignments in 2021. The project involves installing and merchandising branded Carhartt areas within Tractor Supply Company stores.
Finally, we have been retained by Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States, to provide full-store remodel services. We are currently training our teams and will start executing these projects later in the first quarter.
